Brewer Entertainment along Deer Creek CrossFit Present the Bricktown Throwdown!

Bricktown Throwdown on the canal is a two day CrossFit team competition May 19th & 20th.  Competition will be held in Bricktown, OKC at 399 E. Main, OKC.  There will be Rx, Scaled and Masters divisions.   Rx and Scaled teams will consist of six athletes, three male, three female. Masters teams will be four athletes, two male, two female (age forty by competition date)

Movement Standards By Division

Just a reminder: This list is NOT exhaustive to the skills or weights that athletes will be asked to perform them with. This is merely a minimum standard using movements that most commonly limit athletes from participating in certain divisions. We have it broken down into how many male or female athletes each team must have able to complete the requirements as well.

Note: in some events competitors will NOT be able to utilize athletes from one workout into the next. It’s in the teams best interest but not required to have multiple athletes that can perform each skill even if it’s listed otherwise.
